Shipping & Delivery

 

We urge you to read our shipping policy outlined below carefully before you place an order.

mini mini is currently offering a free standard shipping promotion on all orders to our customers in Canada and USA for a limited time period. This would mean you can shop at ease with no worries about shipping calculations.

Once you place your order, we urge you to go through the confirmation and contact us immediately at customerservice@minimini.ca if you notice any discrepancies.

Delivery of your order
As mini mini manufactures all garments with care and attention, please allow ample time (2-3 weeks) for delivery of your order. We will however try to accomodate a quicker delivery timeline (1-2 weeks) for most orders.

mini mini is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. We will provide you with shipping confirmation and tracking information so you are able to track your package (s). Our preferred choices of couriers are Fedex and/or UPS (within Canada, USA and International shipments).

International Customers
The free shipping promotion above does not apply to customers outside of Canada and the USA. As we currently ship to a limited number of countries internationally, please email us at customerservice@minimini.ca directly with your order inquiry. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Privacy & Security

 

mini mini collects customer information provided voluntarily during customer’s online shopping experience for marketing and promotional use only. Customers are added to our email and mailing lists if they opt to register with mini mini or add their email to our mailing list. At any time and upon request, a customer has the option to be removed from our mailing list.

mini mini does not sell or share any of the customer information collected during customer registration or shopping experience to a third party. Individual customer information is protected through a login system where the customer has to sign in and enter a password in order to access his or her profile.

Returns & Replacements

 

At mini mini, we love our products and we hope you do too. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept timely return of the item within 30 days of your receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn with hang tags and labels attached to be considered for a return. Garments should be in new and saleable condition, and free of any stains, perfumes or other smells. Any items that are not in this condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange and will be returned back to you.

Important: For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide replacements on swimwear. Any custom garments made according to your size specification are not eligible for a return, exchange or a credit.

Store Purchases: Any mini mini merchandise purchased from a retailer that sells mini mini products, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

RETURN BY MAIL
Please send us an email to customerservice@minimini.ca indicating your order number, purchase date, and a description of the item you wish to return, exchange or receive a credit. Clearly state the reason (s) for wishing a refund, exchange or a credit. We will respond to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA#), which you will need to include on your return shipment.

Once we have examined the returned product (s) and approved, you will be credited for the product value and any related taxes, minus return handling fees for customs and brokerage. Please allow 14-30 days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your shipment.
Points to note:
 Return shipping charges have to be prepaid and are not refunded. 
 C.O.D returns cannot be accepted and will be refused.
 Please include all original packaging materials when shipping (packing slip, etc).
 You may wish to consider insuring your return package for full replacement value with your chosen carrier company.
 Make sure your package is traceable - mini mini is not responsible for any lost packages.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue returns without an original receipt.
